I have posted a new release (11-Jun-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added a saved (S) icon to the image browser displayed next to the close (X) button that indicates if the image has been saved. This does not get cleared if the image is subsequently modified, so it does not guarantee that the latest version has been saved, just that the image was saved at least once since it was created. The name and time the image was saved are available via the Image Info command.
Added new Gray/Denoise transformation.
Two Zone and Three Zone: fixed problems with displaying incorrectly when editing or canceling the transformation.

Two Zone and Three Zone: fixed problems with displaying incorrectly when editing or canceling the transformation.
Now on closing or cancelling the Zone Adjustment it asks whether to Abandone changes to settings even when you have not made any. This is not consistent with cancelling tranformations in general and can get you wondering whether you had changed some setting after all, or whether some change had been introduced automatically or by an error.

By resetting the display mode on exit, you have made a change to the parameters. If the display was set to show the final result, no message is generated. If the display mode was set to show the final result, you don't get a warning.
The alternative is not to save the display mode as a parameter so it would not be restored when you edit a transformation.

Now using 16 Jun 2019 beta, but I'm still not seeing the S save icon on the thumbnails in the image browser.
The referenced image has been saved
Am I missing something?
Thanks, Bob

I tried to reproduce your workspace and I do see the S icon here.
Are you sure you are not using an old version?

And I unstalled the old version first.

Re: Bug fix release 11-Jun-2019
I found the problem -- the S icon bitmap was not included in the install script so it was not getting displayed. Fixed for next release.
