Actually I have add in a "Extract JPEG" Widget in a existing saved workflow, but the same things happens at a newly create workflow with a "Extract JPEG" Widget, too.
When clicking "Go" I get a error message saying: "The Extract JPEG widget's parameters have not been set. Set the parameters and try again."
Clicking OK in the error message and double clicking the Extract JPEG widdget's icon gives the message: "This transformation does not require any parameters"
Then comes the usual (in my case, as I have set my color management parameters like this) dialog that asks for converting to the working CS and after it's done the workflow works normally.
Is it intended that a widget that don't need parameters asks for them ?

Extract JPEG widget asks for parameters

The 'set parameter' message is general. In the case of widgets which do not require parameters, all you need to do is double-click on them. This feature was retained for the sake of uniformity. This way all widgets work the same way.
