Mat and Frame - 'no room for image'

I took an image, started Mat and Border with it's default settings. The framed image looks ok on the screen. Then in Options, I printed specifications to a PDF printer driver. The specifications are ok, but in the Mat window there is white square and a message: Combined Frame, Mat and Border sizes leave no room for image...
