The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Warp: fixed problem with the Constrain tool bar not being updated when the transformation was reset via its settings menu.

Batch mode: fixed problem with canceling a transformation after modifying its settings. While a batch process is running, all messages are now suppressed.

Slide Show Viewer: added support for creating MP4 video files. Captions now work when saving video files. Captions are displayed in white with a dark semi-transparent background. There is a new setting to select the caption font.
