The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Export transformation: Export now always saves a copy of the exported image to its output image. Previously it only did this if you set Save To to Output Image. This change may in some rare cases cause problems for existing scripts but was necessary to prevent other more serious problems. If an existing Export transformation is at the end of its branch or if Save To is set to Output Image, this change will not make any difference.

Hue Saturation Control: To add a new control point, you now Shift-Click on the input image (previously a click was enough). When used in the Mask dialog box, this control now includes a brightness histogram and range slider so you can exclude pixels outside of a brightness range from the mask. Clicking and dragging on the input image displays markers in the brightness histogram.

Hue Saturation Histogram Mask Tool: fixed problems with using this tool with black and white images. Also the brightness histogram is now displayed in color instead of black and white if the input image is in color.
