The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Updated to ExifTool 13.10.

Changed the way metadata is extracted from files to work via ExifTool since some cameras store certain information inside a proprietary maker note instead of using standard tags. This change lets Image Info retrieve otherwise unavailable camera and lens information and also lets Raw Develop process raw files from more camera/lens combinations.
