User interface problem : geotagging from non-GPX file types

Observations

• The dialog box has a label GPX file, and the folder open is labeled "Select GPX File".
• The "load GPX file" dialog has a filter by filetype that only includes ".GPX" file extensions.
• Nevertheless, a file path with another valid extension can be specified in the field "GPX file", such as "G:\My Drive\Timeline.json"

Change Request:

• The dialog box should have a more generic label than GPX file, for example "Geotagging data file"
• The older open should be relabeled, for example "Select Geotagging data File".
• The "load GPX file" dialog filter by filetype should include not only ".GPX" file extension, but all the others.
