feature request : Warp tool defined from lines, vertical and horizontal

Would it be possible to add other methods to the warp tool, including
  • Two vertical lines
  • One horizontal line and one vertical line
  • Two horizontal and two vertical lines

None of these provides enough information to specify all the necessary information -- warp requires a quadrilateral - at least if you are doing a perspective warp. The quadrilateral defines the edges of the image as well as the perspective mapping which has 8 parameters (not counting the scale and proportions). Two horizontal and two vertical lines is the same as a quadrilateral if they define the image boundary.

In the above warping scenario, the edges of the image could be determined as either :
  • The largest cropping rectangle that contains only defined pixels of the image, i.e. without any undefined pixel
  • The smallest cropping rectangle that encompasses all the defined pixels of the image, i.e. without a frame of undefined pixels

Could these considerations fully resolve a warping solution ?
