Resizing Filter Pack Dialog Box in Filter Transformation Crashes PWP

To reproduce:

1. Start PWP 8.0.460
2. Add Color Wheel Test Pattern
3. Add Filter Transformation
4. For the Filter, click “Select Solid Color”
5. In the Filter Color dialog box that opens, click on the gear and select “Filter Pack”
6. Resize the Filter Pack dialog box such that more than half (or all) of the color patches show
7. Click on the elevator in the Filter Pack dialog box to scroll down through color patches
8. Note that random text appears briefly in color patch boxes and PWP crashes
