The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Layout Transformation: fixed problem with Fill Panel setting being ignored in some cases.

Added a setting to File Preferences for Clipboard – this lets you copy images to the clipboard in DIB V1 format only or in both DIB V1 and DIB V5. Copying as DIB V5 causes compatibility problems with some other applications but preserves the color profile of the image.

Created a new document with an associated example download: Black and White Processing.pdf and Black and White Processing.zip. This document discusses some techniques for processing and printing black and white images using Picture Window.
