Copy and paste to WhatsApp

Just an observation: when copying and pasting an image from PWP to WhatsApp, the pasted image is corrupted (as in 'wrap shifted' horizontally). The solution that worked was pasting it somewhere else (Google Keep in this case) then copying and pasting it from there to WhatsApp. It occured both in straight copying to clipboard and when using the Export transformation.

The way the clipboard works in Windows is that applications copy data in all the formats they can handle. When they paste images, they paste the version that works best. PWP can paste in two different bitmap formats -- V1 and V5. The V5 format allows for including a color profile. Apparently some programs think they can read V5 format but do not process it correctly -- as far as I know PWP is copying it OK. Most programs just copy in V1 format (sans profile).

For the next release, I added a setting to File/Preferences to let you copy in DIB V1 only or in both DIB V5.
