The changes (taken from the update log) are:

All transformations that support the Vivid Light blend mode: fixed possible crash when using Vivid Light.

Fixed problems with Amount control not properly returning control to the current transformation dialog box in some cases.

It looks like my fix for the Amount control problem created other issues -- please download 8.0.413 instead.
