The scratch removal tool did not completely remove a scratch.

I used the tool as shown below :

Fixed for next release. The problem only shows up in cases where horizontal scan lines intersect the scratch removal polygon in multiple segments, so the workaround for now is to remove the scratch in separate sections.

In any case, the Clone tool does a better job on this image and is just as fast to use.
