When updating an image in the browser tree causes dimension mismatch, then one or more dialog boxes will open, asking if it is OK to clear their dimension-dependent data.
For example cropping or changing the input image.
Such downstream transformations include paint, fill, ... but not scratch and speck removal.
Suggestions :
1. Include scratch removal and speck removal in the logic for downstream clearing.
2. Ask if user wants to apply the same answer to further downstream applicable transformations
3. When a transformation is already cleared, do not ask -- because clearing has no effect

Correction : It appears that scratch removal is already included.
