Test pattern checkerboard does not accept cell size 1

The checkerboard does not accept cell size 1 : when 1 is entered, it uses two instead.

The minimum checkerboard cell size is 2. Picture Window does not handle 1x1 pixel images for various reasons, so setting the minimum cell size to 2 prevents this from happening, no matter what the number of rows and columns is set to.
The Resolution Chart test pattern has a section of 1x1 checkerboard which you could crop out if you really need it.

Couldn't PWP8 checkerboard accept a cell size of 1, while disallowing a total image size of 1x1
