An update is available to Version 8.0.129 (11-Aug-2020)

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Added a tool bar at the top of the main window to select horizontal or vertical split screen. The tool bar is grayed out unless the screen is split.

File Preferences: removed autosave setting – autosave is now always on.

When restarting after a crash or some other abnormal termination, PWP now asks if you want to load the last autosaved workspace.

Mask: Save/Combine (from the settings menu) now ask if you want to finalize any pending operations. Also fixed problems with rebuilding saved/combined masks.

... looks like the horizontal and vertical button bmp files didn't make it in the download. Errors encountered when opening PWP.

Sorry -- will upload a new version shortly.

In the meantime, the two missing bitmaps are attached -- just unzip them and copy to My Documents/Picture Window Pro/Bitmaps

Oh. cool. Thanks that saved a few minutes. Looks good and functions well. I can see this coming in handy from time to time.

(Update) Seems like there is now some extra line space under the toolbar, or am I forgetting how it looked before?

Fixed spacing issue for next release.
