Line and Arrow tool

In the Line and Arrow tool, the following mouse-over texts appear:

1. symbol: arrow pointing to upper right: "Arrowhead at start of line"
2. symbol: arrow pointing to lower left: "Arrowhead at beginning of line"

The mouse-over text corresponding to 1. is wrong, it should read: "Arrowhead at end of line"
