For my Laptop display [1366x768 pixels] the Brightness slider for a 'active' Control Point is out of frame even with the bottom Task Bar hidden and the Program Window is Full Frame...

Access to the slider is barely possible by a left-click drag upward of the transform title bar... ...could perhaps the spacing between transform dialog elements be decreased?
I can try to compress the dialog box a little -- in the meantime, if you decrease the font size (File/Font Size...) a little it will make everything smaller.
