Bug fix release 21-Sep-2019

I have posted a new release (21-Sep-2019).

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Scratch Removal: improved algorithm that decides where to insert new controls points.

Curve Control: the settings menu now has an option to smooth histograms. This can also be set as one of the default curve options via File/Preferences.

The Workspace Scripts folder is now automatically created, if necessary, the first time you create a workspace script.
