Bug fix release 12-Aug-2019

I have posted a new release (12-Aug-2019).

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed problems in some cases with main image area scroll bars when zooming in.

Added a probe to color line controls similar to the probe for curves. The probe is enabled in the Tint, Adjust (for black and white input images) and Monochrome transformations when a color line is present. Clicking and dragging on the input image displays a red line at the corresponding gray level in the color line. Shift-clicking on the input image inserts a new control point there. The line goes away when you release the mouse button. If you create a color picker window to select the color of a control point, the color picker takes over the probe, but when you close the color picker window, the probe reverts to the color line.

Fixed problem with the Display Full Screen command (Ctrl-F) not working on splitters or side branches.
