Removing Halftone prevents refresh ?

Removing Halftone from the tree does not refresh images downstream.
Removing a transformation under Halftone does not refresh following images.


1. open an image and run it through Halftone
2. tint the output (easily visible change)
3. close the Halftone step -> the tinted image will stay halftoned

3. add another transformation
4. close the Tint transformation -> the image from the step 3 will stay tinted
