Bug fix release 16-Dec-2018

I have posted a new release (16-Dec-2018) in full installer and executable-only versions. Some changes to help file.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Selective Color Correction: fixed problem that checking Show Affected Region was affecting the final image, not just the preview as stated in the help file. Show Affected Region is now turned off automatically when you close the dialog box, so its state is not restored when double-clicking the image thumbnail, thus possibly preventing an unnecessary recalculation.

Crop: reworked grid settings to allow NxN up to 999x999.

Grid toolbar at the top of the main window now supports all the grid modes of the Crop transformation except Custom composition guides.

Export: now uses default JPEG chroma subsampling when saving JPEG files.

Color Management Settings: added a new setting that controls Ask on Profile Mismatch when in batch mode.
