Scratch Removal does not update

I created the following workflow:

I use it to optimize b/W-images. Since they are reproduced from b/w-negatives I have to care about scratches and speck.
The Raw-files are processed with Capture One to linear images and save to a scratch-directory.
I use the "Replacing Existing File" function to optimize the files from the scratch-directory one by one and save it to my database.
Opening/Replacing a new file stops the "apply processing" in the Scratch Removal step.
Opening this transformation solves the issue.

Fixed for next release -- it only fails if no scratches are specified in the transformation.
