Camera Profiles

Post by gonzuller »

I have camera profiles for my Nikon D1H and D2H created by Mike Chaney, the developer of Qimage. In the "Advanced Features" tab of the RAW dialogue it recognizes these two profiles. However, it does not recognize a profile for my D70 that was not created by Mike. UFRaw recognizes this profile as does Qimage Studio. Is there a reason that PWP might not recognize it?

Thanks,
Chris

The profiles are listed by their internal names, not their filenames. So it is possible that the D70 profile has a name you do not recognize or no name and thus does not appear in the list.

Thanks. Is there a way to remedy this?

With ICC Profile Toolkit you can edit the internal description.

I tried using this program and there is an error message for nearly every profile that I try to open. Are there any other options?
