Trying to create a new mask crashes PWP8.
Tried the explicit Masks Transformations as well as the mask one can create via the amount icon within different transformations.

Ref: PWP 8.0.exe 180528 with msi 180524
1) open an image, sRGB 24-bit color jpeg or 48-bit tiff
2) open any transformation, for example: "Transformation/Filter..."
3) left click on Amount button with defaults settings and no filter image
4) left click "New mask..."
Program disappears from desk top [Task Manager flashes "suspended" and apparently "Ends task"] with no warnings or errors.
Switching back to PWP 8.0.exe 180527, this does not occur. Thought I needed to update the msi but was going to wait until Thursday when unlimited data is available to me.
