A missing image form the Composite Overlay list

The Composition Overlay list seems always to skips the next image downstrem. Just the one below it.
One comment:
I see the absence of the dialog input square in some transformations as a step back because there is no information which of the images is an input.
With Composite you see the overlay image in the Overlay square and as the tiny thumbnail next to the transformation thumbnail. But you must remember which image is the input.
Perhaps something like "Input:" might be placed before the input name in the list.
In the Stereo transformation it could be: "Left:" and so on.
I guess that most, if not all, of the expandable lists is one universal control filled on the run, so customize it in this way for different dialogs makes it less clean, still, some information about which image is the current input would make the transformation more readable.
Or what about another color to distinguish the input? There are already gray, white, brown, green...
