Bug fix release 13-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (13-Apr-2018) in both full version and executable-only. No changes to the help file.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed problem of truncated text in Print dialog box for Page Size and dpi.

Fixed other Print problems that, among other things, allowed the image size and cropping rectangle proportions to get out of sync.

Fixed problem reading TIFF files written in Mac byte order. This problem only affected certain metadata, which was being garbled. TIFF files in PC byte order were OK.

Fixed problem in Multipoint Gradient causing Match Input Image checkbox not to work.
