Saving files whose top image is cut and paste

Post by tomczak »

If the original file is pasted into PWP, it appears that saving the processed image displays an error message that the script file could not be saved with it and the script is not saved indeed, the image is. While probably not that surprising - the original file doesn't exist as a file - perhaps a message could say that or give an option to replace Top Paste with Copy or File Open? It took me a while to figure out why the script doesn't want to save.

This error only happens if you save the script with image copies. There was a bug in this code and it was assigning the wrong name to the image folder. You may have to delete the incorrect one (which is named with a .script extension) before you can save correctly with the next release in which this problem will be fixed. I also added a warning that when there is no original file (for example if the image was derived from a Paste), that no metadata will be saved.
