Mask display problem in Levels and Color Tool

Post by tomczak »

If the Mask Only button is hit, the mask strokes are displayed with a partial black background next to the brush strokes, but the black doesn't always extend to the whole image to show mask only.

Also, White Mask Overlay shows properly in white when painted but in black when switched to white from other colours.

The regular Mask painting (i.e. not in Level and Colour Tool) doesn't seem to be afflicted by this issue.

Just for future reference, so that I don't forget to report it: v.8.0.31 fixed the transparency issues, but there is probably one more related transparency problem that I can see.

If you set the mask to Mask Only and then adjust any Levels and Color settings, the preview tries to switch to Transparent Mask Overlay but does not display correctly in this case (it only affects adjustments done from Mask Only display as far as I can tell).
