Advanced Sharpen - Speck removal artifacts

Some line artefacts start to emerge with larger Speck Size in the small preview and also in the big preview once it is executed with the OK or Compute entire output image buttons.

The setting in the attachment is exaggerated to make the lines better visible but they start to emerge beginning with the Speck Size 4x4.

I am aware of this problem -- it is a flaw in the underlying algorithm for speck removal that shows up when you are removing so many specks that they overlap significantly.
