Masks Transformation
When I select Transformation>Masks, then click on the box next to Mask 1 to create a mask, the left preview zooms to some odd zoom factor and the right preview pane is blank. Could be that I simply don't understand how to use this transformation. I looked in the Help file, but there isn't much info there.

Re: Masks Transformation
Thanks, den, that explains a lot!
Another clarification, please... After I have the mask sitting in "Mask 1", then select a transformation (Saturation) and click the box to select the prior created mask, I can't feather it after the fact? In other words, I need to know what feather amount I might need before using it? I tried doing the feather and the mask just goes away.

2) open the Saturation transform
3) Select Mask 1 as the Amount mask... [added edit... ...sorry, I am unable to duplicate this. Mask 1 does not show up as selectable but it did... end edit]
4) edit it to add a feather and Apply
5) adjust Saturation to preference mask black and white amounts, then OK

Anyone have comments for step 3)? It did work once. Mask 1 registers so it should show as a selection.

Re: Masks Transformation
There is a bug in Mask that I fixed for the next release related to starting new masks with an existing mask or image, and that's what was making the feather not work -- not your fault.
