Monochrome dialog displays probe cross instead of Hand

If you open the Monochrome dialog, the cursor changes from the Hand to the probe cross. You can get the hand back if you go to Convert tab -> Filter method and open and close the Color picker.
It seems as if the Filter Color picker gets opened together with the transformation dialog, only it is hidden.
