I am not able to save a PNG-file with the Save As button from the PNG Transformation.
Just a zero-Byte file is saved, i.e. just the filename, but no data.
I know, I was able to save a PNG-file some versions ago. Bug or a problem with my system (security? again)

Re: PNG Transformation
I just tried it here and it seemed to be working. Let me know if you can narrow down the problem.

Re: PNG Transformation
I did some more test and maybe found the guilty: colormanagement
If colormanagement is disabled, the save seemes to work
If it is enabled an empty file is created

Re: PNG Transformation
Still not seeing it here -- can you post a screen shot of your color management settings? Also, what profile is associated with the image you are saving?
I don't see how color management comes into play in saving PNGs, so maybe you could email a copy of afile that fails as well.

Re: PNG Transformation
The problem is deep inside the PNG library which apparently checks for bad copies of the sRGB profile and seems to have decided that the one we use (which was downloaded from www.color.org) is invalid. I am working on finding a way to reconfigure the library to stop doing this "helpful" behavior.

Re: PNG Transformation
I finally figured out how to suppress the PNG profile validation, so the problem should be fixed for the next release.
