Trouble with Avira Virus scan

My virus scanner (Avira) sometimes pops up with an alert "EXP/MS04-028.JPEG.A" during saving a jpg with an embedded script.
Saving without the embedded script works fine.
I consider this alert as a false positve, but the design "embedding scripts" into the image might be a problem in the future.
Maybe it is more save for the future to create a "private" xmp structure for this kind of data, instead of the privat tag you use now.

Interesting - I wonder if it objects to the idea of a private tag or the contents of the tag.

I guess it is the contents of the tag because normally I am able to save the files with embedded scripts

Maybe if I compress the script it will just look like random numbers and slip through.
