Bug fix release 10-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (10-Apr-2018) in both full version and executable-only. Only very minor changes to the help file.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Added File Preferences setting to optionally suppress asking for TIFF and JPEG options on every file save.

Fixed problem causing settings files to be written as 16-bit Unicode instead of UTF-8. This prevented them
from being edited in Notepad.

Added display tool bar to Layout transformation.

Layout: Fixed bug causing crash in some cases. Fixed bug causing wrong image to be displayed when
clicking on a layout panel in some cases.

Fixed bug parsing quoted strings that contain carriage returns. This caused script load errors for text with
returns.
