Bug fix release 6.5-Apr-2018

I have posted a new release (6.5-Apr-2018) in executable-only.

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Fixed crash when inserting some transformations into an empty side branch.

Fixed crash when scrolling when a side branch was selected as the current image.

Fixed problems with some dialogs being forced off-screen to the top or left.

Fixed problem causing mask dialog not to get control in some cases.

Fixed problems with display and synchronized scrolling tool bars not being reset correctly after loading a settings file
