Halftone progress bar stays on

Start Halftone select a method and click OK
Dblclick the output -> the Dialogbox opens but and the Halftone progress bar shows up without showing any progress. It cannot by cancelled or closed.

If you do some other steps like move or add a control point to the curve, or click any of the three dialog display buttons it mostly brings PWP down.

If you close the Halftone dialog the image goes black.

Fixed for next release. A couple of parameters were not getting initialized properly on a double click.
