PWP 7.0.8 -- Drop Shadow dialog frame/slider scale mis-match

For the Transformation/Special Effects/Drop Shadow transform the right slider scale end points are not shown.

Changing from a Font preference of 115% back to 100% still will not show the right slider scale end points...
