PWP 6 Electronic Manual won't load from editor

PWP 6 Electronic Manual won't load from editor
Just tried the electronic manual and it doesn't appear to load from the editor. I just get a "Cannot load" message. Tried a repair install of the doc but that didn't help. Suggestions?

On PWP 6 installations the manual should be installed into the Docs folder under the Picture Window applications folder. The manual file name is pw60.pdf. If you need further help please send e-mail to support@dl-c.com. Please specify your PWP version and which Windows operating system you are using.
