PW Pro 6 Documentation

Hi Folks,

Recently purchased pw pro 6. First time on this forum.
I can't seem to download the documentation. Clicked on "Picture window Pro Docs' on the CD, followed the directions to install, still no documentation. Also tried to do this from the website, same result.
I was able to download pwp5 docs from the "downloads" section of the website, but pwp6 docs is not available there.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?

If you are installing from the PWP 6 CD, after installing the program, you should click on 'Manual and White Papers' in the installer. This installs the documentation. The CD includes all the documentation -- you do not need to download anything from the web.

If you have done that and still cannot access the documentation from Help/Open Electronic Manual, please send an e-mail to support@dl-c.com with the error message or other response you get. A screen shot of the message would be very helpful.
