Is it the correct way to convert the Hue-Value in HSV of HSL colorspace lineary from the scale used in Lightroom (0-360) to the 0-100 scale used in PWPs color picker ?
A value of 50 in LR would convert to: (50/360) *100 = 13.9 .
I was playing around with a example from a tutorial video and in the video the color seemed to be a bit off from what I have with this value (13.9) in PWP, but of course a screenshot video is not color managed, so I guessed my converted color should be correct, but to be sure I thought I ask .
Thanks a lot

I don't know for sure - It depends on the details of how LR defines hue.
