Bug in Levels and Color | Full Range ?

In PWP 6 and I believe PWP 5, using an image that has different room for Full Range expansion in HSV and HSL:

Open Levels and Color.
Change from HSV to HSL in the dropdown dialog. The dynamic range pointers will change, as they should.
Opt | Reset. The dynamic range pointers do not reset to HSV although the specified color space does reset.
