What's the difference, if any, between sRGB v1.31 (Canon) and sRGB IEC61966-2.1?

I don't know for sure but they are probably two different names for the same profile. Anyone can make an sRGB profile with the same primaries, white point, black point and gamma curve and give it whatever name they want or embed extra fields.
