Is PWP3.5 compatible with windows 7?

I just upgraded my PC and the new machine runs Windows 7. I'd like to use my old copy of PWP3.5. I installed it and tried running. It seems to run, but when I enter my license code it tells me that the code is for the Pro version then blanks out the code and keeps the license window open, promting me to enter the code again. I can't get past this without hitting cancel.

I only use PWP occationally now and have no need to upgrade..so I'd like to get 3.5 working.

Maybe you used (or downloaded) the wrong installation file ?
In the download section are both version, the standard and the pro, and maybe you have used the standard version ?
