The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Color Management: added a new setting to disable or enable warnings when profile mismatches are detected within a transformation. This only affects transformations that can combine multiple images including: Add Border, Blend, Composite, Difference, Filter, Frame, Layout and Stereo. The Frame setting added in the previous release was removed as it now falls under the new color management setting.

Resize: fixed problem with incorrect dpi set in some cases after loading a settings file.

Auto/Manual Recalc: fixed problem with splitters and side branches retaining pink background when turning auto recalc back on.

Updated ExifTool to version 13.53.
