The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Video transformation: fixed problem with videos from black and white images. Added a Blend Adjacent Frames setting to create smooth transitions between frames in time lapse videos.

Batch: fixed problem with dialog box not being displayed when batch is completed or canceled.

Mask: fixed problem with Ctrl-Shift-Click in Flood Fill mask tool not working correctly if “Update transformation with mask” was selected.

I'm not seeing any improvement in 8.0.550 with the Flood Fill Ctrl-Shift-Click issue when “Update transformation with mask” option is set.
