Print Error if Print is Cancelled and Reattempted

To reproduce:

1. Run PWP 8.0.546
2. Add Test Pattern Color Chart
3. Use File | Print to bring up printer dialog box
4. Click the Print Button on printer dialog box
5. Now click the Cancel Button on the PWP print dialog box
6. Attempt to print again
7. Note "Error setting up printer" error display
