The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Speck Removal Tool: fixed problem causing crash when reducing the speck radius using the mouse wheel in some cases.

In batch mode, at most one alert, error or message dialog box of any kind is now displayed. Subsequent messages are treated as though you clicked OK. Error and Alert messages still make an audible beep (unless silenced in Preferences).

Crop: fixed issue with reset crop box in batch.

Levels & Color: fixed problem with auto white balance and auto dynamic range in some cases.

Size to Fit: added Autorotate checkbox and fixed several minor issues.
