When re-opening the Warp Transformation, the Constrain Control Points selection is not preserved

To reproduce the problem:

1. Start PWP 8.0.474
2. Create a Color Chart Test Pattern
3. Create a Warp Transformation and select the "Only move control points vertically" button
4. Click on OK to close the Warp Transformation
5. Re-open the Warp Transformation
6. Note that Constrain Control Points selection has not been preserved
