Issue : Image Zoom controls when displaying Image Info

Observation
Open an image file, loaded in the main image area.
Display the image information ( using right click Image info ... )
The mouse wheel can zoom the image.
However, the Zoom tool bar controls are not effective.
Close the image info
Now, the Zoom tool bar controls are effective.

Suggestion
When Image information is being displayed, keep the Zoom tool bar controls effective
